All CPA guides are members of the Canadian Avalanche Association, have current First Aid/CPR certifications, have extensive backcountry skiing/riding experience, and are in tune with current snow pack conditions. Guests wanting to ski or ride in the backcountry must be accompanied by a guide and use appropriate avalanche equipment (rentals are available upon request).
